A pleasant fresh green merges with a traditional Earl Grey and Rooibos for a symphony of taste. Like all Earl Grey's this tea is flavored with Bergamot Oil. However, it's a South African (versus Ceylon) tea blend grown close to where the Roiboos is produced. Also added to this special blend is cornflower petals and the characteristic fruity sweet notes of Rooibos and the smooth fresh taste of hyson lucky dragon green tea. Hyson is made from young spring leaves of higher quality and better taste. All the health benefits of both organic Rooibos and geen tea together in one great taste! Aside from its excellent taste Rooibos is an excellent source of polyphenols. Rooibos contains no caffeine making this tea blend lower in caffeine too.

Mass Market teas typically have a 5-6% antioxidant level. This tea has a very high antioxidant level of 11.4%

Hot Tea:
- Boil water and let cool to 203F/95C
- Steep for 2-5 minutes (longer=stronger)
- Use approx. 1 tsp per cup
- To re-infuse use higher temperature/less time

Iced Tea:
- Pour 1 1/4 cups boiled water on 6 tsps of tea
- Steep for 5 minutes
- Pour into pitcher while straining leaves.
- For a quart of tea add ice & top w/cold water
- Garnish and sweeten to taste
